Type of Show: OPEN - all Divisions! This show is NAMHSA approved as a NAN qualifier! Don't let the OPEN status scare you off if you are a novice or youth shower! Just jump on in, we're a very friendly group and we love to help out those new to the hobby and showing! All 1st and 2nd placed models in approved classes (all except the Fun Division) will receive a NAN card, making them eligible for the North American Nationals. Additionally, all 1st and 2nd place models in approved classes will be eligible for the Region 7 Championship 2003 on November 1st, 2003 in Louisville, KY.

WHY: For fun of course! And to raise money for MECATE & the Regional Championship show!, but also to continue a tradition....

The Model "Type" Divisions are as such:
  1. OF MINI - any original factory finish non-china/non-resin model of any make, that is SMALLER than a Classic scale Breyer.

  2. CM MINI - any non-china/non-AR/non-OS Customized Model of any make, that is SMALLER than a Classic scale Breyer.
  3. CM NON-MINI - any customized model, any make, that is Classic size or LARGER
At this time both sizes in CM are combined. Day-of-show/class-call will indicate whether CM's should be split based upon size, so this definition is for potential usage.

  4. OF NON-MINI - any original factory finish non-china/non-resin model of any make, that is Classic size or LARGER

  6. OF Factory Resin - any original factory finish model (semi- or mass produced) made of resin/polyresin, synthetic resin, polymer, etc. that is generally termed "resin". Example: North Light figures.

  7. Custom China/OS -
    1. Custom China - identical to OF China except that it has a Custom Glaze not available from a manufacturer.

Any information provided by the shower on a card (such as an index card) would be greatly appreciated by the judges in order for the show to move at an efficient pace and decrease the time required for "double checking" in collector's guides and other reference material. Thank you.
